17th Asian Regional Conference on Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering 2023

Dear distinguished leaders of ISSMGE Technical Committees and Asian Regional Technical Committees,

The upcoming 17th Asian Regional Conference on Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering 2023 (17ARC) which is to be held on 14-18 August 2023 in Nur-Sultan city, Kazakhstan, provides for the organization of the following additional events:

Arrangement of one of the Technical Committees Discussion Session (or a meeting) in the program.

Arrangement of a Workshop (parallel for Conference Technical Session or a Pre-Conference Workshop) for 90 min session or in the format of 90 min + break time + 90 min. The preliminary duration of each presentation is within 10-15 minutes.

1. Deadline to declare about Regional Technical Committees sessions is August 20, 2022. Please email paper@17arc.org and let us know the number of collected Papers to be presented within the Regional Technical Committees sessions.
2. The Technical papers might be considered by Regional Technical Committees reviewers, if the final decision for papers is made by October 10, 2022. We need all the accepted articles of ArTC sessions to be uploaded via 17ARC website https://17arc.org/ for further publishing.
3. Publication of articles of ATC sessions will be in the Proceedings of 17ARC.

By agreement with the Publisher CRC Press/Balkema – Taylor & Francis Group the Conference Proceedings will be sent to multiple indexing services, including Elsevier (Scopus, Compendex and EI) and Clarivate Analytics, Formerly the IP & Science business of Thomson Reuters (Web of Science).
